Troy Ross, MD is the Medical Director of ARC WorkPlace Services. Dr. Ross has over 15 years of experience with ARC and is board certified in occupational medicine. Dr. Ross received his Medical Degree from Uniformed Services University in 1997 with a focus in general surgery, furthering his career with studies in orthopedic surgery and preventative medicine. Dr. Ross holds a number of certificates and honors including US Army Flight Surgeon of the Year in 1999. Recently retired from the US Army Dr. Ross has become a key physician with ARC.
Kellan Kalbaugh, PA-C
Physician Assistant

Kellan Kalbaugh, PAC is the Physician Assistant to Dr. Troy Ross at ARC WorkPlace Services. Kellan has 15 years of professional experience and a diverse medical background including training in general surgery, orthopedic surgery, emergency medicine, trauma surgery, cardiology, internal medicine, family practice, pediatrics and women’s health. He completed his undergraduate at Cal Poly SLO where he graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Exercise Medicine. He completed a Master’s Degree in Physician’s Assistant Studies at University of Nevada Reno, School of Medicine where he graduated with honors.
Wes Granstrom, MHA

Wes Granstrom is CEO and one of the principle owners of ARC WorkPlace Services. He holds a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration from George Washington University, Washington D.C., and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Business Administration from North Park University, Chicago.
Wes Granstrom was one of the pioneers in establishing urgent/occupational medicine in the early 1980's in the metropolitan Chicago area. Wes has held senior executive positions in Hospital Administration at two large teaching hospitals in Chicago, IL. He has over 40 years of experience in healthcare management and has consulted for numerous physician practices nationwide.
Pierce Granstrom, OHC
President
Pierce Granstrom is President of ARC WorkPlace Services and one of the principal owners. Pierce has over 20 years of experience in occupational medicine and has served in numerous capacities with ARC, such as clinical administrator of multiple offices and development of onsite occupational services. Pierce is NIOSH trained in Spirometry and Respiratory Surveillance Programs and is trained in OSHA Safety. He is CAOHC certified as an Occupational Hearing Conservationist by the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation. Pierce is also a certified Drug and Alcohol testing trainer. Pierce holds his Bachelor's of Science degree in Health Ecology with a Minor in Biology and a focus in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Megan Ramirez
Office Manager and Billing Supervisor
Megan Ramirez is the Office Manager and Billing Supervisor for ARC WorkPlace Services main clinic in Sparks. Megan has 18 years of experience with ARC managing different offices and all aspects of office billing. Megan holds multiple certifications in drug and alcohol testing, keeping our clients compliant with their substance abuse policies. She over-sees and manages a team of 6 medical assistants and 2 physicians, while assisting upper management with various tasks. Megan is one of ARC's longest standing employee.

Edgar Flores, OHC
Mobile Manager
Edgar Flores is the Mobile Manger for ARC WorkPlace Services and handles all mobile operations for the western United States. Edgar has over 15 years of experience in the medical field doing various job functions for ARC. He holds multiple certifications and is trained by NIOSH in Spirometry and Respiratory Surveillance and OSHA Safety. He is CAOHC certified as an Occupational Hearing Conservationist by the Council of Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation. He has his certification and training in drug and alcohol testing and is a certified phlebotomist through the National Phlebotomy Association.
