Dr. Warren S. Gilbert, M.D.
Medical Director
Warren S. Gilbert, MD is Medical Director of ARC WorkPlace Services and one of the principal owners of ARC. Dr. Gilbert has over 20 years of experience in industrial medicine. Dr. Gilbert received his Medical Degree from Rush Medical College, Chicago, IL where he completed his family practice residency as well. He also has training in General Surgery and Emergency Medicine. Dr. Gilbert holds professional membership in numerous organizations.
Dr. Gilbert recently retired as a Commander with the U.S. Naval/Marine Reserve after having been deployed three times in Iraq and Afghanistan. Governor Sandoval has appointed Dr. Gilbert to the Nevada Homeland Security Commission.
Dr. Mark Gaetke, M.D.
Mark Gaetke, MD, is a physician of ARC WorkPlace Services. Dr. Gaetke is board certified in Family Practice and has over 20 years experience in Occupational Medicine. Dr. Gaetke received his Medical Degree from Loma Linda University in Southern California and completed his Family Practice residency at Loma Linda as well. Dr. Gaetke holds a number of certification including certification by the Medical Review Officer Certification Council.
Dr. Troy Ross, M.D.
Troy Ross, MD is a physician of ARC WorkPlace Services. Dr. Ross has over 15 years of experience and is board certified in occupational medicine. Dr. Ross received his Medical Degree from Uniformed Services University in 1997 with a focus in general surgery, furthering his career with studies in orthopedic surgery and preventative medicine. Dr. Ross holds a number of certificates and honors including US Army Flight Surgeon of the Year in 1999. Recently retired from the US Army Dr. Ross has become a partner and key physician with ARC.
Wes Granstrom, MHA

Wes Granstrom is CEO and one of the principle owners of ARC WorkPlace Services. He holds a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration from George Washington University, Washington D.C., and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Business Administration from North Park University, Chicago.
Wes Granstrom was one of the pioneers in establishing urgent/occupational medicine in the early 1980's in the metropolitan Chicago area. Wes has held senior executive positions in Hospital Administration at two large teaching hospitals in Chicago, IL. He has over 40 years of experience in healthcare management and has consulted for numerous physician practices nationwide.
Pierce Granstrom, OHC
President
Pierce Granstrom is President of ARC WorkPlace Services and one of the principle owners. Pierce has over 20 years of experience in occupational medicine and has served in numerous capacities with ARC, such as clinical administrator of multiple offices and development of onsite occupational services. Pierce is NIOSH trained in Spirometry and Respiratory Surveillance Programs and is trained in OSHA Safety. He is CAOHC certified as an Occupational Hearing Conservationist by the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation. Pierce is also a certified Drug and Alcohol testing trainer. Pierce holds his Bachelors of Science degree in Health Ecology with a Minor in Biology at the University of Nevada, Reno.
